Bendere Oboya - On Athletics Club

With just one week to edit the film, I was handed this project having little background of one of Australia’s top athletes, Bendere Oboya.

What made things more difficult is there was no story arc created ahead of time - I needed to find one. After watching and sorting the interviews, I knew I had to be aggressive.

5 days later… I had Roughcut

A few simple teaks, sound engineering & colour… The project was finished on time & above expectation.

To cap it off… The film was shown in a cinema of over 80 people! Running track, photographer, choc tops, popcorn… the works!
